I have followed the instructions to [install the MoveIt!](http://moveit.ros.org/wiki/Installation). Now I meet an unknown error when launching the MoveIt! Setup Assistant with
roslaunch moveit_setup_assistant setup_assistant.launch.
REQUIRED process [moveit_setup_assistant-1] has died!
