ROS real robot

I'm very new to ROS I'm using ROS indigo.I have simulated an arm in gazebo and able to control it from rviz using motion planning I used Moveit setup assistant tool.Now i have so many topics on my **rostopic list** I now want to control a real arm.What has to be done for that. I'm using arduino to control the servos using rosserial. What topic should i listen to ? How to convert the trajectories to angles for controlling servos ?
